Mix all together, ideally in a processor but can use your hands
Place meat on baking paper, place another sheet on top and flatten in out
Get meat nice and thin. Roll the baking sheet up with the meat.
Bake in the oven
Gas Mark 6, 200 C
Bake for 15 minutes
Once cooked breaek it up, (optional) put back in oven to crisp.
