This recipe was inspired by Kevin Shelley from Travels By Narrowboat
Add the Oil to the pan and add the 4 sausages (whole)
While Sausages are cooking cut the onion into slices.
Slice the garlic
Chop the chestnut mushroom
Add half the tin of potatoes (cut into half)
When the sausages are browned, slice into portions.
Add the prepared mix to the pan
Add the carrots and a little water
Crush the Gravy cubes over the mix
Add a teaspoon of mustard
Add the tin tomatoes and some more water
Bring to the boil and allow to simmer for 10 minutes
Simmer for 10 Minutes
